Years ago I was a chef for the
Norwegian Ambassador to the United Nations and loved
my job. I had an amazing boss and loved the creative
freedom I was allowed.
We had some pretty interesting
folks enjoying my meals.... you can imagine!
One day a man come
through, portly you would call him, with a
thick mustache and thick Eastern European accent to
match. " That was a delicious meal!! And it
was healthy!!!"
He was incredulous that he
enjoyed both these qualities on the same plate.
Well, that didn't seem
right......
I had over 20 years of
experience in health food, organic food, vegan food,
you name it special diet food and always felt that
good food is healthy food.
Apparently this was not so for
everyone, so in a manner of speaking Healing Meals
was born.
